Shipping and costs

The data for sending your order must be added in the finalization panel, after clicking on "Finalize Order", in the Shopping Cart.

Deliveries in Mainland Portugal:

Delivery is made through our home delivery service by a Nacex carrier.

Delivery is free on purchases over €39.99 (VAT included).

For purchases under €39.90, delivery has an associated cost of €3.99+VAT for up to 5 kg and €4.10 + VAT for purchases up to 10 kg.

Delivery takes place within 1 business day after order processing, unless stocks are out of stock.

The order is processed on the same day if it is placed before 1:00 pm and on the next working day if it is placed after 1:00 pm.

In times of great promotional activity, this period may be extended (example: Black Friday week and Christmas week, etc).

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
