We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days in the case of sending products other than those ordered, accompanied by the respective invoice. The products must be sent properly packaged. Returns must be reported in advance through our contact details. Returns can be made at Cruz Maia Pharmacy ( Av. Gen. Humberto Delgado 518, 4420-155 S. Cosme ) or through collection scheduled by Glam Skin. In either case, the refund is made using the same payment method.

- Exchanges and returns of:

  • Damaged/used/violated products
  • Prescription Drugs and Non-Prescription Drugs
  • Food suplements
  • Food (water, milk, porridge, jars, etc.)
  • Orthopedic articles with specific measurements (e.g. footwear, elastic stockings, etc.):
  • Hygiene products (eg: breast milk pumps, nipple protectors, milk collection shells, hydrogel discs, pads, etc.);
  • Underwear (e.g. pregnancy girdles, postpartum girdles, etc.);
  • Ophthalmology items and any other personalized item.

- You must contact us immediately via the email address info@glamskin.pt in any of the following situations:

1) The shipping package is damaged, however, the products contained therein are in good condition.

2) The shipping package is in good condition, however, the products contained therein are damaged.

- In the case of exchanges: shipping costs to our address are borne by the user, except in situations where the user has been injured in transport or there is non-compliance with the quality of the product/medicine. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Glam Skin. However, the exchange will only be carried out after checking the state of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.

- In the case of returns: the shipping costs to our address are borne by the user, except for users who have been injured in transport or there has been some non-compliance with the quality of the product/medicine. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Glam Skin. Refunds will be made for the total amount of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns will only be made after checking the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.
